Likhit is currently in free beta. No payment is required to use the current beta, so refunds do not apply right now. This policy will apply only when paid plans are publicly launched.
01.Free beta
The current beta involves no payment, so refunds don’t apply. You get 5 free evaluations per week — no card, no commitment. Your evaluations stay in My Evaluations until you delete your account.
02.Future paid plans
If Likhit launches paid plans in the future, the pricing, billing cycle, cancellation process, and refund window will be shown clearly before payment. We may offer a 7-day refund window for first payments, but final terms will be confirmed at launch.
We’ll announce pricing details on Telegram and by email before any paid plan goes live. You won’t be charged without clear notice.
03.Failed evaluations during beta
If an evaluation fails during beta, the attempt should not be counted. Cases that qualify:
- Persistent OCR error after 3 retries on a clearly readable page.
- Server outage longer than 12 hours that prevented submission.
- Report contains nonsense unrelated to your submission.
Users can retry or write to hello@likhit.in with the evaluation ID (in the URL) and a screenshot. We respond within 2 working days.
